Mr. Hutchens is an Assistant Vice President with 20+ years of experience in civil/site design and project management in land development, nearly 9 of which were with the Engineering Design Group within the City of Durham Public Works Department. His expansive Land Development and Land Planning resume spans multiple development sectors, including local and state government, commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, and industrial, bringing invaluable technical expertise to his leadership role. Aaron is responsible for all aspects of business development, leading projects within the municipal, education, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, overseeing projects from inception through permitting and construction, staff development, and resource management.
