Adam Lynch is a Civil Designer at Qunity with 19 years of experience in residential development, commercial development, and stormwater engineering. His background experience includes roadway, utility, and grading design, as well as stormwater management, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.

Mr. Lynch has past work experience with engineering design firms located in North Carolina and Minnesota where he has worked on a large variety of projects.

Mr. Lynch was senior design lead for this 7 acre residential project of a 3 building apartment complex. Mr. Lynch provided design of the parking lot and grading, the stormwater management structures, the sanitary sewer network design, erosion control plans, and the fire flow analysis.

The Townes at Brier Creek Crossing – Raleigh, NC

Mr. Lynch was senior design lead for this 32 acre residential project of 217 townhome units. Mr. Lynch provided design of the parking lot and grading, the stormwater management structures, the sanitary sewer network design, erosion control plans, and the fire flow analysis.

Ritchie Bros. Auction Site – Butner, NC

Mr. Lynch was designer for this 44 acre commercial site which was used for industrial machinery auctions.  Mr. Lynch provided design of the parking lot, grading and sanitary sewer network design.
