With a proven track record of forging community partnerships, supporting families, and finding data-driven solutions in educational and medical settings, Carolyn is a valuable asset to our team. Notably, while working in an elementary school’s office, she founded the Rainbow Club to provide a safe space for LGBTQIA+ students, faculty, families, and allies, demonstrating her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Alongside consistently ensuring 100% completion rates on required forms for families annually, Carolyn brings a strong background in data entry, collection, and analysis to her work, possessing a proven ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
