Ms. Wagoner is an Assistant Vice President and decorated Navy Veteran with 19+ years of experience in Land Development, Landscape Architecture, and Planning. Her notable career has spanned multiple design disciplines, gaining practical experience in Private, Public, Education, Healthcare, and Energy. She is driven to leave a legacy of purposeful spaces and inspirational places for generations to come, with a focus on public and environmental stewardship. Jael is responsible for all aspects of business development, leading projects within the municipal, education, parks and recreation, commercial, and industrial sectors, overseeing projects from planning and conceptual layout through technical design and construction administration, as well as mentoring and managing our staff.
