Mr. Sinclair is a Landscape Designer at Qunity with 3.5 years of experience in residential development, commercial development, and site design. His background experience includes landscape, hardscape, and road design as well as surveying and rezoning.

Mr. Sinclair has worked for Qunity in Durham since graduating from the University of Georgia. He has worked on a variety of commercial and residential projects in North Carolina.

FEATURED PROJECTS

Hebron Village – Durham, NC

Mr. Sinclair was landscape designer & CAD technician for the 31.3-acre residential project with 160 townhome & single-family units. During the rezoning process, Mr. Sinclair provided designs for the development plan, existing conditions, and meeting exhibits. He also provided a tree survey and landscape design. He designed buffers, street tree locations, and vehicle use area landscaping. Mr. Sinclair designed the grading of lots, swales, and parking. He also designed existing road plans/profiles.

DB King Electrical Contractors – Durham, NC

Mr. Sinclair was landscape designer & CAD technician for this 1.2-acre commercial project for flex space industrial. Mr. Sinclair designed the stormwater and sewer pipes, a manhole, and site landscaping. He graded buildings, swales, a parking lot, and a retaining wall.

Carolina Reserve – Durham, NC

Mr. Sinclair was landscape designer & CAD technician for this 3.4-acre residential project for a congregate living facility. Mr. Sinclair designed the existing conditions, development plan, tree coverage locations, and the building envelope. He provided a tree survey and designed plans & profiles for the existing road conditions and proposed roadway improvements. Mr. Sinclair designed curb transitions, sidewalk, road shoulders, and ditches for the proposed road widening. 

Solana I – Durham, NC

Mr. Sinclair was landscape designer & CAD technician for this 178.6-acre residential project with 416 single family & townhome units. Mr. Sinclair provided density, tree coverage, open space, and roadway improvement calculations. Mr. Sinclair surveyed the existing vegetation and tree sample areas. He designed the roads, vehicular & bicycle parking, and sidewalks. He assisted in the design of the stream impacts.
