Mr. Ross is the lead engineering inspector at Qunity with 41 years experience in transportation, public infrastructure installation and construction inspection. His experience consists of roadway, utility, storm drainage, grading, and paving inspections. Mr. Ross is a NCLTAP roads scholar and advanced road scholar.
At the City of Durham, Mr. Ross worked in the Transportation, Water Management and Public Works Departments. He was the Public Services Director for Henderson, NC responsible for the day to day operation of Fleet Maintenance, Water and Sewer Maintenance, Street maintenance, Sanitation, and Cemeteries. As Supervising Inspector at the City of Durham, he assembled a group of inspectors and created the program responsible for inspecting work of private utility contractors in the public right of way. He served as the Construction Engineer responsible for the Public Works ROW Inspections Group responsible for the inspections of the installation of all public infrastructure. He resolved construction discrepancies and acted as a liaison between the City of Durham and it’s residents, contractors and developers.
