Engineering Project Coordinator

Michael Patterson is a Professional Engineer and Project Coordinator with over 10 years of experience in Land Development and Civil Engineering. With a broad background in civil engineering, he has a special interest in stormwater management planning and storm drainage design. Michael has accumulated a wealth of experience across multiple areas of civil engineering, working on projects ranging from small commercial developments to large-scale residential, industrial, and solar farm projects. His technical proficiency in software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow, Storm Sewers, and IDEAL, combined with his practical experience, makes him a key asset to our Land Development team.

Instrumental in the success of his multi-discipline Land Development team, Michael’s experience includes roadway, utility, grading, and erosion control design, as well as stormwater management planning and design, including hydraulic and hydrologic modeling. Michael is responsible for technical engineering, supervising junior staff, and maintaining project schedules set by the project manager. Under his guidance, his team regularly see a variety of Land Development and Civil Engineering projects through design and project completion. He works closely with senior leadership to ensure his team to delivers high-quality projects that are on time and within budget.
