Sajeeb is a Project Engineer with 6+ years of experience in structural and civil engineering. His experience has been focused on transportation, single family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, and telecommunications projects. He has intentionally sought a diverse range of project types, as he continues to work towards a leadership role in civil engineering and land development. 

Sajeeb’s core responsibilities involve all aspects of detailed design, calculations, and drawing development for water and wastewater, stormwater runoff, and road widening design in accordance with governing codes and standards. Prior to Qunity, he performed structural analysis and designed structural modifications of telecommunications structures. He also has experience managing construction administration efforts, including shop drawing approvals, field changes, and construction drawing amendments to support effective project management. Alongside his technical skills, he spearheads engineering coordination within our multi-discipline design team, manages deliverable timelines, communicates with project managers, and ensures deadlines are met.  He is motivated by the problem-solving involved in balancing client goals with regulatory requirements and with site constraints. Each project is like a puzzle, and Sajeeb finds it incredibly rewarding to come up with cost-effective solutions that solve both technical and practical problems.
