After serving as a Partner from 2015-2017, Mr. Sivers became the President & CEO of Qunity in 2018. As President & CEO Tim leads a well-established Board of Directors and heads the single-family residential design team. Throughout his distinguished 20+ year career, Tim’s focus has been on the design and development of functional and creative spaces and places, spanning a variety of project types and scales, including residential subdivisions, civic spaces, and commercial development. He is passionate about creating communities that are livable, equitable, sustainable, and resilient utilizing the creativity of landscape architects and technical expertise of civil engineers. His forward-thinking design approach has provided countless public and private clients with enjoyable, welcoming, usable, environmentally friendly, constructable, and functional projects.
