At the intersection of technical expertise and community impact, Sajeeb brings passion and purpose to his role as a Qunity Project Engineer. A testament to his dedication to his craft, Sajeeb passed the Professional Engineer licensure exams after only three years of supervised practice—an achievement he counts among his proudest professional moments. This expertise is coupled with a deeply collaborative spirit, essential to the success of the projects he supports.

Sajeeb embodies the Qunity Core Values of Professional Excellence, Integrity, Story Telling, Inclusivity, and Mutal Support. “I gain fulfillment knowing that my work directly impacts communities,” Sajeeb shares. His approach to moving through engineering challenges mirrors his experience on the soccer field: teamwork, communication, and a willingness to support colleagues beyond designated responsibilities are all essential components to achieving collective project goals. He believes success is built on a foundation of shared commitment and collective effort. Operating as a “unified force” with his Qunity team members—partnering with Civil Engineers and Landscape Architects— to deliver the best results for every project they work on.

Sajeeb thrives while solving complex puzzles. His work on the Shady Grove Assemblage project demonstrates his forward-thinking problem-solving abilities. Through the course of roadway design Sajeeb identified significant design constraints and swiftly elevated his findings to the project manager and ultimately the client and agency having jurisdiction. Together the team explored design solutions that improved public safety and maximized visibility. This communicative, eager-to-solve approach to his work not only guarantees safety for our spaces’ users, but it also prevents last-minute design revisions for the team down the line.

Since transitioning to the Land Development sector, Sajeeb has embraced Qunity’s commitment to professional development through specialized training opportunities including Civil3D training and certifications in Erosion Control and Stormwater Design. These investments have empowered him to adapt quickly and contribute meaningfully to his new role. “Whether designing safer roads, laying out utilities, or creating efficient storm drainage systems, I take pride in solving real-world problems that impact people’s daily lives,” he explains. For Sajeeb, success extends beyond project completion—it’s about continuous skill development, meeting new challenges, being a team player, and seeing his work transform from concept to completed structures that enhance safety, accessibility, and quality of life in our communities.
