This project on 134 acres is a mixed-use residential development, including 80 single-family home units, 159 townhome units, 384 market-rate apartments, and 198 affordable apartments. A mixed design of five wet detention basins, two wetlands, and one level spreader serves to provide peak flow detention and nutrient reduction. Our team worked closely with the community for multiple years on this project and received unanimous zoning approval by the City Council with neighborhood support of the project. After approval of the zoning, our team received site plan approval in the Fall of 2022, and construction will begin in the Spring of 2023.
