This project began with a blank slate and required rezoning, site plan, and construction document approval before construction could begin. The project areas was just over 10 acreas, but only half of it was used to construct the storage facility. The remaining portion will remain in its natural state. In addition, the land owner set over 30 acres of adjacent land to iunto a permanent conservation easement. While working alongside the neighbors, the developer agreed to a maximum building height of 2 stories, not to face any storage unit access doors toward Guess Road, and to increase the landscaping along Guess Road.
