Hope Valley Commons

Hope Valley Commons is a shopping center conveniently located at the intersection of NC 751 and NC 54. Qunity was tasked with the planning, design and approvals for all aspects of the development including, site layout, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, future out parcel planning and extensive offsite road improvements designs. Coordination with the City of Durham was also necessary for the Garrett Road Extension which lines up with the main entrance of the shopping center on NC 54. Anchored by Harris Teeter, the center consists of a mix of retail and restaurant spaces including Char-Grill, Dunkin Donuts, and Walgreens. The Developers were very pleased with the successful project completion and the highly visible development quickly became a popular destination for shopping and eating.
