Hebron Village

This project is an example of how our team provides full circle design from concept plans to construction administration for projects. This 160 unit townhome development started with concept plans in 2017 for the land owner to help market the sale of the property. The new owners then worked with our team to complete the rezoning, site plan, and construction documents of this project. Our team was able to provide tree preservation above minimum requirements while minimizing site costs due to the massive amount of rock this project had to be designed around. The homeowners will enjoy the dog park with an existing tree cover as well as a soccer field located within the development.
